There are two airports in Belgium: Brussels Airport-Zaventem and Brussels South Charleroi Airport.
At Zaventem: The train takes you directly to the heart of Brussels departing from the station under the departures and arrivals hall. Plan your journey and consult the SNCB timetables at belgiantrain.be.
In Charleroi: Bus shuttles or shared shuttles are organised to link Charleroi to Brussels.
BY TRAIN :
Prices have not yet been announced, you can book a few months before the dates of the PIPOL 12 congress (in January, it is possible to book for the beginning of May). However, prices may vary according to booking deadlines and timetables (higher fares at peak times).
From France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Switzerland, the Eurostar stops at Gare du Midi.

To get to the congress from Gare du Midi: take the train or public transport.
BY CAR:
For practical reasons, we advise against using a car to get to PIPOL. However, if you have no other option, we would point out that parking in the centre of Brussels is not free (tickets are sometimes limited to 2 hours in certain areas).
There are around ten car parks in the city, which you can find on various comparison sites where you can book your space online (www.bepark.eu – https://www.onepark.fr), there are many car park companies in our capital (www.interparking.be). The car parks closest to the congress are the Albertine Square car park, located just below the Palais des Congrès (http://www.interparking.be/fr-BE/find-parking/Albertine-Square/) and the Royal car park, accessible from the rue de Ligne (https://www.parking-royal.be), close to the rue Royale.

FOR THE MORE FAR-SIGHTED:
The Brussels Booking Desk is a service provided by the Brussels City Tourist Office, which negotiates margins on bulk orders of hotel rooms, free of charge. We have worked in partnership with them to offer you this booking platform. This service is free of charge for conference delegates, and offers lower prices than most online booking sites, as well as a more ethical approach to negotiating with hotels. Hotels are blocked for participants up to one month before the Congress date. The number of rooms available for participants is limited, so please plan ahead if you wish to take advantage of this service.
